II Vestibular pathology Meeting in Mieres (Asturias), 15–16 May 2026

Dear colleagues and friends,

The Organising Committee is pleased to announce that the 3rd Mieres Vestibular Pathology Conference will take place on 23 and 24 April 2027, in the Auditorium of the Vital Álvarez-Buylla Hospital in Mieres (Asturias, Spain).

We are delighted with the success of the previous edition and very excited to continue holding this event. It is a wonderful opportunity to share knowledge and come together around a subspecialty that is very close to our hearts: Otoneurology.

We have carefully prepared a programme designed to be both enjoyable and highly educational, focusing on the latest developments in Vestibular Medicine and offering a high scientific standard. The programme will include several Keynote Lectures delivered by leading international and national experts.

We are very proud and grateful to once again welcome many of the speakers who joined us last year. This year, they will be joined by new speakers, including Dr Nicolás Pérez, who will be taking part in our Conference for the first time and whom we are delighted to welcome.

We will also continue to enjoy the participation of internationally renowned experts in the field of Otoneurology. Dr Adolfo Bronstein, Dr Thomas Lempert and Dr Dario Yacovino will attend in person, while Dr Lloyd Minor, Dr Steven Rauch and Dr David Zee will participate live online.

The Round Tables will be another of the highlights of the Conference, addressing highly relevant topics such as positional vertigo, vestibular rehabilitation and research in otoneurology.

Finally, and no less importantly, participants will have the opportunity to share their own areas of interest in a dedicated Oral Communications session. Simultaneous interpretation will be available for those who wish to use it, allowing everyone to make the most of the scientific content.

We have not forgotten the social programme either, which will include a gala dinner to which all attendees are invited.

We would like these Conference to be much more than a scientific meeting: we want them to be a space for reunion, fellowship and friendship.

To all those who have been with us from the beginning, both speakers and attendees, thank you for continuing to be part of the otoneurology family that we have built together over the years. And to those joining us for the first time, we warmly invite you to become part of it, with the hope that you will feel truly welcome and that these Conference will also become an event you will always look forward to attending again.

We look forward to welcoming you and to continuing to learn together, share experiences and strengthen the bonds that make these Conference so special.

Warm regards on behalf of the Organising Committee.
